Terms & Conditions
By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Mobile2 Global Team. Mobile2 Global Team is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
The Mobile2 Global app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide my Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the Mobile2 Global app won’t work properly or at all.

You should be aware that there are certain things that Mobile2 Global Team will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but Mobile2 Global Team cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.
If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.

With respect to Mobile2 Global Team’s responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavour to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Mobile2 Global Team accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.
At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android & iOS – the requirements for both systems(and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Mobile2 Global Team does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android & iOS version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
Buying fCoin
The company may offer some boosters for fCoin in games or on the website. If you choose to purchase Supporter and fCoin, you agree that you understand the sponsor and how fCoin is used in the games, and that you are responsible for all possible consequences arising from the use and transfer of Supporter and fCoin. On the other hand, you also agree that the non-game purchase or sale of promoters is strictly prohibited. Supporters and fCoin purchased for any reason, including but not limited to the aforementioned circumstances, are non-refundable. By accepting the terms of this agreement, you also agree that the purchased promoters, items owned in the game, fCoin and MOBILE CASES essentially belong to the company and you only have the right to use it. You are solely responsible for all charges in your account, including any unauthorized charges where your payment source is or is being used without your consent. It is also your responsibility to protect your funds from malicious use.
Game Rules
According to the behavior you exhibit in the game, the game authorities (Game Master) may apply the following actions, with or without any reason;
- Can delete your character,
- Can delete your items,
- Can delete your moneys,
- Can delete your NP,
- Can delete your level,
- Can delete your clan,
- Can be ban your account,
- Can delete your fCoin which is game currency,
- Can mute your account etc...
In addition, according to the behavior you exhibit in the game, the game authorities (Game Master) may apply the following actions, with or without any reason;
As stated above, game officials can block players with or without giving reasons. These obstacles may be due to any of the following reasons, the behaviors listed below are completely prohibited;• Taking advantage of the game gap,
• Interfering with the game with 3rd party software,
• Accessing the source codes and causing these codes to be changed,
• Accessing the source codes and causing/mediating the sharing of these codes,
• Selling Items - fCoin - characters - accounts with real currencies,
• Buying Items - fCoin - characters - accounts with real currencies,
• To encourage or act as an intermediary for real currencies trading,
• Connecting to the game with Emulator and its derivatives,
• To gain unfair advantage with the intention of fraud,
• Undermining other players' games,
• Insulting or swearing at other players,
• Insulting or swearing at game officials,
• Making false statements,
• Sharing personal information of any player or manager in the game (Name-Surname, Mobile Phone Number, Address, E-Mail Address, etc.),
• Using a phone number in the game (as Carter name, Clan name, etc.),
• Using another person's private information in the game (as Character name, Clan name, etc.),
• Undermining events,
• Making black propaganda about the game or defaming the game,
• To mislead or provoke players by giving incorrect information,
• To promoting other games,
• To trade with an account that has acted illegally,
• etc..
For the situations written or not written above, the initiative belongs entirely to the game officials. If a game official finds or decides that a player has been involved in any illegal situation, he may take action as he sees fit. These actions can be mute, temporary ban, permanent ban, item deletion, money deletion or character deletion.
Additionally, the main source of evidence for the Mobile2 Global team is the game's own log system. If the administrator determines that there is an illegality in the log dump of the player or decides in this direction, these logs are considered as evidence in themselves and the game officials can apply the decided action without the need for additional evidence. These actions can be muting, temporary or indefinite suspension from the game, and more.

Oyun içerisindeki sergilediğiniz davranışlara göre oyun yetkilileri (Game Master) herhangi bir neden belirterek ya da belirtmeksizin şu işlemleri uygulayabilir;
- Karakterinizi silebilir,
- Eşyalarınızı silebilir,
- Paralarınızı silebilir,
- Ulusal puanlarınızı silebilir,
- Seviyenizi silebilir,
- Klanınızı silebilir,
- Hesabınızı süreli veya süresiz olarak engelleyebilir,
- Hesabınıza yüklediğiniz oyun paralarını (fCoin) silebilir,
- Karakterinizi susturabilir,
- Karakterinizi yanına ışınlayabilir, vs..
Bu gibi durumlarda, destek sistemi vasıtası ile yardım bileti oluşturun. Eğer oyun yöneticilerimiz kanıtlayabilir ise kaybınızı yardımcı olabileceklerdir. Bu gibi durumlarda insiyatif tamamen oyun görevlilerine aittir.
Yukarıda belirtildiği gibi oyun görevlileri, neden belirterek veya belirtmeksizin oyuncuları engelleyebilir. Bu engeller, aşağıdaki sebeplerden herhangi biri nedeni ile de olabilir, aşağıda belirtilen davranışlar tümü ile yasaktır;• Oyun açığından faydalanmak,

• Gerçek para karşılığı Eşya - fCoin - karakter - hesap satışı yapmak,
• Gerçek para karşılığı Eşya - fCoin - karakter - hesap alışı yapmak,
• Gerçek para karşılığı ticarete teşvik etmek veya aracı olmak,
• Emulator ve türevleri ile oyuna bağlanmak,
• Dolandırıcılık niyeti ile haksız kazanç sağlamak,
• Diğer oyuncuların oyunlarını baltalamak,
• Diğer oyunculara hakaret veya küfür etmek,
• Oyun görevlilerine hakeret veya küfür etmek,
• Asılsız bildirimlerde bulunmak,
• Oyun içerisinde herhangi bir oyuncunun ya da bir yöneticinin kişisel bilgilerini paylaşmak (İsim-Soyisim, Cep Telefon Numarası, Adres, E-Posta Adresi vs.),
• Oyun içerisinde telefon numarası kullanılması (Karkater adı, Klan adı vs. olarak.),
• Oyun içerisinde başka bir kişinin özel bilgilerini kullanmak (Karakter adı, Klan adı vs. olarak),
• Etkinlikleri baltalamak,
• Oyun hakkında kara propaganda yapmak ya da oyunu karalamak,
• Oyunculara doğru olmayan bilgiler vererek onları yanıltmak, galeyana getirmek,
• Başka oyunların tanıtımını yapmak veya mevcut oyuncuyu başka oyuna çekmeye çalışmak,
• İllegal davranışlarda bulunmuş bir hesap ile ticaret gerçekleştirmek,
• vs..
Ek olarak, engellenmiş bir hesabın girdiği tüm cihazlar bu hesabın kullandığı cihazlar olarak nitelendirilir ve işlemler buna göre uygulanır. Yalnızca kendi cihazınız ile oyuna bağlanın ve başka bir hesabın kendi cihazınızdan oyuna bağlanmasına müsade etmeyin.
Yukarıda yazan veya yazmayan durumlar için inisiyatif tamamen oyun görevlilerine aittir.
